Livefit: Day two- nutrition
GUESS WHAT TODAY IS!
It’s valentines day! Which means I ate candy because it’s yummy! And I treated myself!
Okay, this is what I had:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites, 1 egg, whole grain piece of bread, small amount of peanut butter, cup of fresh frozen fruit
Snack: celery, carrots, small piece grilled chicken
Lunch: stir-fry, chicken; brown rice; Vegis
Post workout snack: 1 egg, 1...

Today, I worked out my back, all upper body, and abs! I don’t go to the gym, so I went I did blogilates.com videos, as usual (:
I am so sore! But it was great. And I did abs because I don’t know if I will be able to do abs Thursday if I move legs and butt to Thursday instead of tomorrow since I have things to do, soooo yeah.

breakfast:
2 egg whites, red bell pepper, onion, 1 slice whole grain toast.
snack:
small slice of grilled chicken, celery, peanut butter crackers
lunch:
stir-fry: grilled chicken, vegis, brown rice

dinner:
pasta and sausage..
desert:
scoop of cookies and cream ice cream, small amount of candy.
